Teppanyaki Dining - In five Teppanyaki rooms, chefs working with flashing knives demonstrate tableside cooking. Sit around a large grill and enjoy the floor show - it's your meal. Your Japanese chef slowly bows to greet you. Then, polished steel and human hands fly faster than the eye can follow as this master culinary artist chops, slices, and stir-fries a gourmet meal as you watch. In Teppanyaki's five teppan rooms, chefs prepare beef, seafood and chicken entrees on grills set into the dining tables.

Cuisine - Seafood, Japanese.  Typical menu items - shrimps, scallops, cuttlefish, chicken, lobster, sirloin, soup, pickled vegetables, chestnut mousse, ice cream, green tea. Specialties - Grilled steak, chicken, vegetables, and seafood. Hours - Lunch: 12 noon - 4 p.m.; Dinner: 4:30 p.m. - Park closing
